Ville Kivelä (b. 1975) started as Chief Investment Officer of Oras Invest in the autumn 2018. He has extensive experience in investment banking operations and international mergers & acquisitions. He was a co-founder of MCF Corporate Finance Finland operations in 2003 and was a partner and the Head of the Helsinki office until 2018. Previously he worked as a Head of Research at Nordea Securities. Ville holds a Master’s degree (Finance) from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Joonas Sandholm (b. 1973) started as Chief Financial Officer of Oras Invest in October 2022. He has broad international business experience across industries, topics and functions. Joonas’ background is a combination of 9 years in management consulting (BCG), 10 years of industrial leadership experience at a global TOP3 value creator (Danaher / PaloDEx Group) and, most recently, 6 years as private equity CFO. Joonas holds a Master’s degree (Industrial Engineering) from the Helsinki University of Technology.
