Annika Paasikivi (b. 1975) started as President & CEO of Oras Invest in spring 2018. Previously she worked as Chief Operating Officer of Oras Invest. Annika is the Chair of the Board of Uponor, Vice Chairman of the Board of Kemira and member of the Board of Varova. Annika holds a Master’s degree (Global Politics) from University of Southampton.

Ville Kivelä (b. 1975) started as Chief Investment Officer of Oras Invest in the autumn 2018. He has extensive experience in investment banking operations and international mergers & acquisitions. He was a co-founder of MCF Corporate Finance Finland operations in 2003 and was a partner and the Head of the Helsinki office until 2018. Previously he worked as a Head of Research at Nordea Securities. Ville holds a Master’s degree (Finance) from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Heli Leskinen (b. 1987) started as Investment Manager of Oras Invest in January 2020 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and member of the executive committee of Oras Invest in April 2021. Heli joined Oras Invest from Nokia’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, where she worked with international M&A (2015-2019). Heli also has several years of experience in investment banking operations from MCF Corporate Finance (2011-2015). Heli holds a Master’s degree (Finance) from Aalto University School of Business.
